How do I set up an account?
Once you complete the registration process online and place your first order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you. You will be directed to complete our customer application and send it to us along with a photocopy of your DEA certificate. Once approved, we will process your order. From there, all future online orders will be processed automatically.
What if I have placed orders with Clint before? Do I need to register for an account?
No, you do not need to register for an account. To obtain your Log-In ID and Password, please email Customer Care at customercare@clintpharmaceuticals.com or call us at or 1-800-677-5022.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
We use FedEx as our primary shipping carrier. Depending on availability of product, customer's location and shipping method chosen, orders take 1-5 business days to deliver. Overnight delivery times vary depending on method chosen. First overnight delivery is typically 9am, priority overnight is typically 10:30am, and standard overnight is by end of day. Signature is required for business and residential deliveries.
Will I be charged sales tax for my order?
Depending on the State we are shipping to and if the items in your order are taxable in that State, it's possible that we will be required to collect sales tax on your order. If you have any questions on specifics of sales tax calculations on any existing or future orders, please email our Accounts Receivable team at ar@clintpharmaceuticals.com or call us at 1-800-677-5022. If you have an existing tax exemption certificate that would apply, please provide that to taxexempt@clintpharmaceuticals.com.
