RF Cannula Needles
An RF (radiofrequency) cannula is a specialized, insulated medical needle used in image-guided procedures to treat chronic pain. It serves as a protective sleeve and guide, allowing a physician to insert an RF probe to deliver thermal energy safely directly to targeted tissues. The cannula is guided (often using X-ray or ultrasound) to a sensory nerve causing chronic pain, such as in the lumbar spine, sacroiliac joint, or knees. An RF probe is then inserted to generate heat, which temporarily disables the nerve's ability to transmit pain signals. Clint Pharmaceuticals offers over 20 size selections of RF cannulas and many RF accessories to accommodate all of your procedures requiring a radio frequency device.
